About Me
I an experienced and passionate English teacher dedicated to making language learning an engaging
and natural experience. My teaching philosophy is centered on conversation-based learning, helping
students feel at ease by fostering a relaxed and friendly environment. I believe that language
acquisition is most effective when students feel free to make mistakes, eliminating the rigid structure
of traditional teaching styles.
My journey in education began in China, where I taught kindergarten and young learners, helping
them build a solid foundation in English. Now, based in Italy, I focus primarily on adult learners,
tailoring lessons to meet their unique needs in both professional and everyday communication.
Beyond teaching, I am continuously expanding my skill set. I am currently pursuing an MBA at the
University of East London, which complements my experience in leadership and coaching. As an
ambitious individual, I aspire to transition into coaching roles, guiding professionals in language
learning and personal development. Additionally, I have embarked on a learning journey in Power BI,
exploring data analytics to integrate technology into education and business.
